Platform Updates - 04/06/2025

  • We've added a new "Reminders" widget in the EHM Dashboard to make it more prominent and easier to keep track of all employee Reminders - especially those that require actions. For more detail, view the knowledge base article here.
  • We've added a new "Reminders" widget in the Health Surveillance Dashboard that shows Overdue and Upcoming reminders. You also have the option to quickly action this Reminder with the Book button under the Actions column!
  • For those with access, we have implemented a new Tenant/Business Details section where you can add/update the MOHR tenancy’s business details for quick reference.
  • For users with Admin Centre access, we've added the date that a user last logged in to the User Management table.

 

 

Platform Updates - 21/05/2025

  • Throughout the MOHR system, "Occupational Health Risk Profile" (OHRP) has been renamed to "Similar Exposure Group" (SEG). No changes have been made to their function, and workers' SEGs will continue to determine which assessments are available for them.
  • Across the MOHR system, all document upload modal windows will now allow the upload of JPEG and TIFF document types. The full list of accepted document types is now: PDF, DOC, DOCX, DICOM, JPEG and TIFF
  • It's now possible to configure an assessment with a new process for employees/candidates uploading their own referral documents/doctor letters directly into the system rather than having to email to the provider.
    Once set up, if there is a referral letter triggered the worker will receive the usual email referral, and it will now contain a link for them to upload their supporting letter. Once that is complete, the provider will need to review the supplied documentation to ensure it meets requirements, then unlock and progress the assessment.

  • There is a new document upload type called "Clinical Reference". When uploading a document to an assessment, if this option is selected the document will be visible to the provider and clinician but will not be included on the final report. 
    An example for this type of document might be a reference document for the clinician or a blank template for them to complete.
  • When a booking has been assigned to a user, the text in the email notification they receive has been updated to include the name of the user who assigned the booking. When the booking has been auto-assigned by the system, the email will explain this.
  • For users with access to Custom Reporting, there is now the option to export question level data. 

    To filter for question level data, select the desired test name under the Health Data filter, then the Questions drop-down will become available.

Platform Updates - 07/05/2025

  • Customisable tags has been added as a new feature. Users with access to the Admin Centre can now request access to the Tags tab. This will allow you to create or modify existing tags.
  • Users with access to the EHM  can now click on employee names in tables in the Wellbeing, HS, and ICM modules to go to the employee's EHM profile.

     After clicking the hyperlink under the users name, it will redirect you to the corresponding module tab in the EHM profile:

  •  New columns have been added to the EHM Reminders report. These columns allow users to filter out certain fields such as: Manager, Job Type and Org Unit. For more information about this feature, check out the article here

Platform Updates - 23/04/2025

  • When a provider is adding a note to an assessment, there is a new option to include that note on the full report. Notes added in this way will appear in a new section at the end of the report: "Assessment Notes"
  • It's now possible to export schedules from onsite calendar views, providing a list of all bookings from the selected view. The export will include assessments available and testers (if allocated). 
  • There is a new option to configure validation for the Cost Centre field when requesting a booking. The validation is configured by the MOHR team. To get help setting this up for your MOHR tenancy, please reach out to support@myocchealthrecord.com

Platform Updates - 09/04/2025

  • When using 2-factor authentication to sign in, the timer for entering the verification code has been extended to 5min to allow more time to enter the code. 
  • You can now upload word files (.doc, .docx) into the system anywhere documents can be uploaded. Where these will go into a report, the word file will be converted to PDF format.
  • The Cost Centre field is now included in the "More info" hover in pre employment tables. 
  • When selecting a booking in the Employee Booking System, the time zone is displayed in a more user-friendly format, including the standard city/location description as well as the UTC description. 
  • The General Notes and Documents area in EHM has been updated. You can now directly add notes and documents to the relevant areas using the separate buttons, reducing confusion and overlap.

Platform Updates - 26/03/2025

  • In the reporting tab in the EHM module, the reminders report is now the default landing report for all clients who do not have custom reporting enabled.

  • Country codes have been appended to employee phone numbers wherever they were appearing in the platform. This avoids any numbers being displayed without the correct prefix/code.

Platform Updates - 26/02/2025

  • We’re incredibly excited to announce a big new change in our Injury and Claims Management module - a brand new customiseable dashboard!
    • Unlike existing dashboards in other modules, the ICM dashboard is completely customisable, meaning that you can choose to view the information or stats that are most important to you. 
    • You've got 14 widgets to choose from, including expiring documents or certificates, workers on modified duties, and upcoming reminders. Pick and choose exactly what you need to see to help you manage your injuries and claims.
  • Client admin users can now create customised tags to be assigned to bookings and candidates.

  • In the Employee Health Management module, when an employee is archived, all of their reminders will also be archived. If you unarchive the employee, the reminders will also be unarchived with them.
  • You can now set expiry dates for assessments. If you request an assessment for a worker who has an existing valid assessment, the system will alert you.
  • In the EHM, you can now update the description of any record (including system generated assessments) by editing them.

  • When uploading documents in the EHM, "Other" activity types will now have the option to input a rating system.

  • "Cost Centre" has been added as a field when converting from Pre Employment to employee in the EHM. It is then visible in the worker's EHM file. To choose whether the cost centre field is mandatory, please reach out to MOHR support.
