For Pre-Employments you can mark candidates as successful/unsuccessful, we would recommend keeping this up to date to ensure your data is correct.
How to select an assessment outcome?
To hire a candidate, click on the tick icon under the outcome column (far-right).
To mark a candidate as unsuccessful, click on the cross icon. You will be asked to confirm this action.
If a candidate is marked with a thumbs up icon, it means they have already been hired.
