In the User Management section you can use multi search options to locate users by name or email.
Type the name of any user into the search box to view their record, which includes email, roles and options to edit their record, log in as them to troubleshoot or archive the user.
If there are no search results for the user, you can create them by clicking on
‘Add New User’.
How to show/hide archived users
The 'Hide archived' box is checked on by default, this checkbox hides any users that have been archived. If you need to see all users, including archived ones uncheck this box.
