Why can't I see my in-progress assessments?

If you are unable to see any in progress assessments you may need to check your settings or dropdown options

If you are trying to view the number of assessments/upcoming bookings and they are not appearing try the troubleshooting steps below.

  1. Use the Org Unit(s) drop down to ensure that all the corresponding units are selected
    Using the 'Select All' option, then click Apply to save


If you are still unable to view the information, you may not have the correct permission level to access it. Reach out to MOHR Support for guidance.
